［摘　要]　采用基于Malmquist指数方法的DEA模型，以我国31个省份为决策单元，对中国建筑业2000~2009年投入产出面板数据进行综合效率评价研究，发现我国建筑业整体效率和技术水平偏低，总产值高速增长但令人不无堪忧，同时分析了此现象产生的原因并提出相应的建议。

Abstract: With the IO panel data of Chinese construction industry exchange from 2000 to 2009 and 31 decision units, the paper analyzes the efficiency of Chinese construction industry during 10 years base on the Malmquist index method of DEA. The result shows that from 2000 to 2009, the overall efficiency and the skill level of Chinese construction industry universal somewhat low, gross output value keep rapid growth, but there is worry. Finally, analyzes the reasons about these phenomena, and proposes some suggestions.
