［摘　要]　阐述了施工合同的特点，扼要归纳了施工合同在建设项目管理中的作用，就《建设工程施工合同（示范文本）》（GF-1999-0201）实施中常常引起歧义的若干条款，以及工程实施中常出现的分岐进行分析，并有针对性地提出施工合同商签中应予特别注意的问题。

Abstract: This paper illuminates the characteristics of construction contract and summarizes the effect of construction contract in project management, analyses the clauses in Construction Project Construction Contracts (model version ) (GF-1999-0201) which usually causes ambiguity in the implementation, and the common discrepancy in implementation practice. This paper also points out the issues for attention in construction contract signing.
