［摘　要]　保障性住房的供应在一定程度上解决了中低收入家庭的住房问题，而保障性住房的选址却存在一些问题。以重庆“民心佳园”公租房项目为例，从公租房住区选址存在的问题出发，提出保障性住房选址策略，运用层次分析法对这些选址策略进行排序，提出相关建议，为政府部门决策提供参考。

Abstract: The affordable housing solves the housing problem of the middle-low income family to a certain extent. However, there are some problems in the site selection of affordable housing. Taking“Minxinjiayuan” project in Chongqing as example, the paper proposes the site strategies of affordable housing. The site strategies are ordered by using AHP method. Moreover, the paper puts forward some related suggestions to provide a reference for the local government making decisions.
