［摘　要]　远程电子评标具有评标电子化、评委异地化、平台虚拟化、组织远程化、监管网络化等特点，是电子招投标的发展方向。但在实践中存在缺乏法规支持、身份容易被冒用、网络环境复杂、难以组织协调、监管不到位等风险。通过健全立法、完善认证管理、加强预案演练、推行评标标准化建设、创新监管机制等措施能够进行有效的风险规避与防范。

Abstract: Remote electronic bid evaluation has the features of evaluation electronically, off-site judges, virtual platform, remote organization and net work supervision, it is the development trend of electronic bidding. But there are some risks in practice, such as lacking of legislation support, identity easy to counterfeit, the complexity of the network environment, hard to organization, absence of regulation. Through strengthening legislation, perfecting certification management, reinforcing plans to drill, implementing bid evaluation standardization, innovating regulatory mechanism, the risks can be avoid and prevent.
