［摘　要]　我国建筑业发展势头强劲，大型项目群不断涌现。针对大型项目群的特点、结构与管理风险，基于BIM的研究成果，构建了主要包括项目产品、全寿命过程和管理组织等三方面的大型项目群管理信息集成模型，并对其在大型项目群管理中的作用进行了分析。

Abstract: The development momentum of the construction industry is strong, major program continued to pour out. According to the characteristics, structure and managing risks of major program, builds framework of the information integration model including the building products, the process of building lifecycle and management organizations. Finally, analyzes the core values of BIM for information integration management for major program.
