［摘　要]　基于工程全寿命周期管理的基本概念，以虹桥国际机场东跑道大修工程为例，以全寿命周期的整体最优作为工程建设管理目标，通过前期设计研究、管理机制构建、扎实过程推进、维护策略制订等有效实践，大修工程建设与管理取得了较好成效。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the basic concept of construction life cycle management, taking the Hongqiao international airport east runway overhaul project as example. Taking the optimization of the construction life cycle management for the goal of construction management, through pre-design research, management mechanism establishment, process advancing, maintenance strategy elaborating, the runway overhaul project has achieved good effect.
