［摘　要]　由于经济收入、工作环境、传统观念、企业关注不够等原因造成施工企业的农民工精神文化生活较为匮乏，不利于农民工身心的健康，不利于企业的稳定发展，不利于社会的和谐。施工企业应充分关注农民工的精神文化生活，采取因地制宜、切实可行的措施，给予农民工充分的人文关怀。

Abstract: Spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers is deficient because of economic income, work environment, traditional beliefs, insufficient attention and other causes in construction enterprises. This situation is not conducive to physical and mental health of migrant workers, the stable development of enterprises and social harmony. Construction companies should give full attention to the cultural life of migrant workers. According to local conditions, construction enterprises should take practical measures to give full humane care to migrant workers.
