［摘　要]　政府投资监管是一项重要的政府公共管理职能。鉴于政府投资监管现状和存在的问题，依据有关理论和国外经验，提出了政府投资监管联动机制的基本框架，以形成政府投资监管联动机制，提高政府投资效率。

Abstract: Government investment supervision is an important public management function of government. In view of the present situation and the existing problems of government investment supervision, proposes the basic supervision framework of the linkage mechanism of government investment supervision based on foreign experience and relevant theories, to form the linkage mechanism of government investment supervision, and improve the government investment efficiency.
