［摘　要]　根据价值网理论并结合建筑施工企业的特点，分析建筑施工企业价值网的一般形式，提出建筑施工企业供应链协同模型的基本结构，在此基础上，构建基于Intranet/Internet的建筑施工企业供应链网络结构模型。

Abstract: Based on the value net theory and the characteristic of construction enterprise, analyzes the common type of value net of construction enterprise, provides the basic structure of supply chain integration model of construction enterprise, then establishes the supply chain net structure model of construction enterprise on the basis of Intranet/Internet.
