［摘　要]　工程预结算资料的管理贯穿于项目实施全过程。从预结算资料收集、整理、审核、报送和分析几个阶段阐述如何加强预结算资料管理，以提高工程预结算质量。

Abstract: The project pre-settlement data management throughout the whole process of project implementation. The paper expounds how to strengthen the pre-settlement data management from its collection, collation, audit, submission and analysis, to improve the quality of pre-settlement.
