基于委托代理理论的高速公路建设三方关系研究

[摘 要] 高速公路建设对于保障我国经济建设和促进区域发展具有重要意义,如何处理好参建各方之间的关系直接关系到工程建设品质的优劣。本文以委托代理理论为基础,探讨高速公路的建设方、监理方及施工方之间的委托代理关系,分析产生各种代理问题的原因,提出以参与约束机制、激励相容机制、监督机制、声誉机制和市场机制来解决代理问题。[关键词] 高速公路建设,委托代理理论,代理问题Abstract: The highway construction is important to safeguard our country's economic development and promote regional development, and how to deal with the tripartite relationship of highway construction, which is directly related to the quality of engineering construction.
