［摘　要]　暂估价的实际应用对规范工程投标报价、保证工程质量和工程施工过程的协调管理有重要作用，但也有定价时间长、过程较繁琐、投入人力成本较大等不足之处。在多方面论述应用暂估价的优点与不足之处的基础上，提出暂估价的定价方法及运用的（材料）范围。

Abstract: Application of provisional estimate is very important in regulating engineering bid quotation, controlling engineering of quality and managing engineering construction process the coordinated, but it also has some drawback such as long time to price, complicated procedure, high manpower cost. So this paper expounds its advantages and disadvantages from many aspects, then advocates pricing method and applied scope of provisional estimate.
