［摘　要]　根据多年的执业经验，就石化项目结算中常遇到的一些问题进行描述、分析；从发包方的角度，提出项目招标与执行中须关注的一些节点，并对常见问题的解决提出对策。

Abstract: Based on many years experience, the paper describes and analyzes the common problems of settlement in petrochemical project. From the perspective of owner, points out some important issues that should be pay more attention in bidding and implementation, finally gives some countermeasures to solve the common problems.
