［摘　要]　结合工作实践，分析工程结算涉及的定额套用、材料价格、工程量计算、变更签证、施工合同等问题，并就如何确保工程结算审核的真实性和合理性，进一步做好工程造价控制与工程结算提出建议。

Abstract: With reference to the practice in actual work, this paper analyzes the problem of norm application, material price, quantities calculation, change visa, construction contract involved in settlement of accounts. Finally, gives some suggests about project cost control and project settlement, as well as how to ensure the objectivity and reasonableness of settlement.
