BIM在工程造价管理中的应用研究

[摘 要] 我国工程造价模式的计划特色导致造价方式落后,致使造价方法从项目概算开始就已经与实际脱节,“三超”、二次调价索赔等一系列问题均与造价数据的不精确和延后性直接相关。借鉴BIM技术在数据存储、调用上的高效性,分析了其在工程造价及管理上的巨大应用价值,并就实现BIM系统功能面临的问题提出改进建议。[关键词] 造价模式,BIM模型,数据共享,模拟碰撞Abstract: Planning features in our construction valuation model are very notable, which leads to the backward of cost method, in other words, from the beginning of the project, the concerned has been out of touch with reality, causing the“three excesses”, the second price adjustment claims and other issues, these issues are closely related to the inaccuracy and delay of cost data. Reference the high efficiency of BIM technology in data storage and database, analyzes its huge application value on project valuation and cost management of the project, finally, puts forward some improvement suggestions to solve the facing problems of realizing systemic function of BIM.Key words: cost model; BIM modeling; data sharing; simulated collision[参考文献][1]Ernstrom B, Hanson D.
