［摘　要]　在工程项目建设过程中，项目参与单位之间的冲突是不可避免的，并对项目成功与否产生重要影响。本文就此进行调研，并根据调研数据针对冲突的现状、产生原因、解决方式以及对项目成功的影响进行了分析，为我国工程项目冲突的有效管理提供参考。

Abstract: Conflicts between the stakeholders are inevitable in construction projects, and it will influence the the success or failure of project. Therefore, the paper analyzes the status quo, reason, solution of conflict and its influence on project success based on survey data, provides reference to the conflict management of construction projects.
