[摘　要]　应用探索性空间数据分析方法中的空间相关性分析，考察南京市住宅小区均价的全局空间相关性和局部空间相关性，得出各期数据的Moran'sI指数及其变化趋势、各住宅小区均价局部Moran'sI指数、住宅小区均价LISA聚类图，证明住宅小区均价之间存在明显的空间相关性。

Abstract: Appling spatial correlation analysis of ESDA, inspects overall spatial correlation and partial spatial correlation for mean residential housing price in Nanjing, gets Moran's I index and changing trend for each period date, partial Moran's I index for each mean residential housing price, and LIAS dendrogram for mean residential housing price, proves that there exists obvious spatial correlation among all mean residential housing prices.
