[摘　要]　规划与设计在高校基本建设中对节约型校园建设起着基础性、决定性的作用。本着建设节约型社会和可持续发展的原则，将节能、节水、节地、节材、环境保护等贯穿于校园建设的规划、设计等过程中，并指出需重点把握的一些要素。

Abstract: Planning and designing plays the fundamental and critical role in the construction of resource saving campus. Based on the principle of resource saving society and sustainable development, this paper introduces energy-saving, water-saving, land-saving, material-saving and environmental-protection into the processes of planning and designing, and points out some important elements which should be pay attention to.
