[摘　要]　以某超长轨道交通工程为例，在分析监理管理所面临的难点问题及其对监理的要求基础上，根据组织论、控制论的思想建立“强矩阵”式的监理管理结构；应用“规范化、标准化、差别化”的管理理念及方法，理顺日常监理程序和业务管理工作。该对策在工程监理实践中取得了良好效果，可供借鉴。

Abstract: Taking a sup-long metro transport project as example, discusses the facing problems of supervision management and requirement for supervision, establishes“Strong Matrix Organization” of supervision management according to organization theory and control theory, regulates the daily supervision procedures and operations by means of standardized management and differentiation management. These countermeasures gained good results in this project, which can help the similar projects.
