[摘　要]　透过国有建筑施工企业管理效率和效益的现状，剖析国有建筑施工企业管理主体、管理方式以及建筑市场中存在的突出问题，提出在现阶段企业实行集约经营的必要性及应做好的主要工作。

Abstract: Through the present management efficiency and benefit of state-owned construction enterprises, analyses the prominent problems in management department and management mode of these enterprises and construction market, proposes the necessity and works should be done for these enterprises to carry out intensive management at present.
