[摘　要]　根据企业竞争力的相关理论，结合我国建筑企业竞争现状，确立了建筑企业综合竞争力评价指标的选取原则，并构建了综合评价指标体系和综合评价模型，最后运用评价指标体系与评价模型以实证分析的方式对我国22个目标企业的竞争力进行评价分析，为建筑企业提升综合竞争力提供参考。

Abstract: According to the related theory of enterprise competitiveness, combined with the actual situation of China's construction enterprise competition, the paper defines the selection principle of overall competitiveness evaluation index for construction enterprise, establishes the overall competitiveness evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model. Based on the evaluation index system and evaluation model, 22 construction enterprises' competitiveness is comprehensively evaluated by empirical analysis. It provides a reference for construction enterprise to improve the overall competitiveness.
