[摘　要]　结合现阶段国家政策导向和建筑企业发展状况，探讨建筑企业在资源约束环境下的发展问题，从转变发展方式，推进转型升级，大力开发绿色节能建筑，进行技术创新，加强建筑企业信息化建设等方面，就建筑业企业的发展策略进行分析研究。

Abstract: Combined with the national policy-oriented and development status of construction enterprises, discusses the development issues of construction enterprises under resource constrains, analyzes and researches on the development countermeasures for construction enterprises from the aspects of changes in development, promoting transformation and upgrading, great efforts to develop green energy-saving buildings, and technological innovation, strengthening the information construction.
