[摘　要]　以重庆首个公租房项目“民心佳园”为例，对100名市公租房保障对象进行问卷调查。考察“夹心层”对重庆市公租房租金定价方式以及租金水平的认可度，以及入住“民心佳园”前后租金支付能力的变化。针对问卷调查的结果，就公租房租金定制的合理化，提出建议和措施。

Abstract: “Min Xin Jia Yuan” is the first project of Public-Rental-Housing in Chongqing. The paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 100 families about it, analyzes the attitudes of “Sandwich layer” on rent pricing method and rent levels of public-rental-housing in Chongqing, as well as the changes of rent payment ability before and after living in the public-rental-housing. According to the results of the survey, the suggestions and countermeasures are put forward on the rationalization of the rent formulation.
