基于三阶段DEA模型的中国区域建筑业效率实证研究

[摘 要] 运用三阶段DEA模型对2008年中国30个省份建筑产业效率进行实证研究,结果表明:一方面建筑产业效率受地区经济发展水平和对建筑产品需求能力的影响;另一方面,在剥离外部环境因素和随机误差影响后,建筑产业技术效率总体偏低,主要源于规模无效率。应在不断改进管理水平、提高技术创新能力和人员素质的同时,适当扩大建筑产业规模,提高产业集中度,实现资源优化配置,以提升建筑企业经营效率。研究还发现中国建筑产业技术效率区域差异性很大,东部最优,中部次之,西部最差。

Abstract: This paper makes the empirical research on efficiency of construction industry in 30 provinces of China in 2008 with three-stage DEA model. The results demonstrate that, on the one hand, the efficiencies of construction industry are affected by the local economic level and the demand ability for construction products; on the other hand, after rejecting the influence of external environmental factors and random error, the average technical efficiencies are quite low that mostly ascribe to the low level of scale efficiency. At present, the key to promote the operational efficiencies of construction industry is to improve management level, develop technical innovation capability and strengthen quality of personnel, at the same time, to expand the scale of construction industry reasonably, improve the industry intensity and optimize the allocation of resources. As the regional analysis shows, the east region is the best, the middle region is the second and the west is the worst.
