[摘　要]　在我国建筑业迅速发展，拉动国民经济增长的同时，建筑能耗与环境问题日益突出，严重制约着我国可持续发展进程。本文从建筑业可持续发展的必要性出发，阐述绿色建筑在建筑业转变发展方式过程中的重要作用，分析绿色建筑的现状，提出全面推进绿色建筑，实现建筑业可持续发展的措施建议。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, the growth of national economy is further stimulated. At the same time, the problem of building energy consumption increasingly prominent, and constraints to the development of state strategy of sustainable development. Based on necessity of sustainable development of construction industry, the paper illustrates the important role of green building in the change process of development mode for construction industry, analyses the status quo of green building, and puts forward the measure suggestions on comprehensive promotion of green building, to achieve the sustainable development of construction industry.
