价值工程理论在降低工程建设过度因素中的应用

[摘 要] 在建筑工程设计施工中,存在着勘测不到位等原因造成的过度因素。本文以某地基工程为研究对象,以技术可行、节约投资为原则,根据施工现场的地质情况,应用价值工程理论从四种地基工程可行施工方案中比选出最佳方案,经实际应用,取得了良好的经济效益,对理解和应用价值工程具有一定的借鉴意义。[关键词] 过度因素,价值工程,地基工程,方案比选Abstract: There are some excessive factors such as caused by imperfect survey in design and construction of engineering. Taking a foundation works as example, according to the principle of“technically feasible and save investment”, as well as the geological conditions in construction site, the paper compares and selects the best solution from four feasible construction solutions by using Value Engineering, and achieves good economic benefit after practical application.
