[摘　要]　提炼核心价值的意义在于给人们找到奋斗的目标、坚持的原则、衡量的标准以及对话的基础。按照“表达精炼、内涵丰富、使用持久”的原则，我国工程招投标的核心价值理念可以概括为“更公开、更有规则的竞争”。

Abstract: Refining the meaning of core values is to give people struggle to find the target, adhere to the principles, criteria for assessment and dialogue. According to the principle of “refined expression, rich content, persistent using”, the core values of our bidding system can be summarized as “more open, more competitive rules”.
