[摘　要]　依据工程招投标程序，重点阐述施工企业在工程项目投标前期阶段“信息处理、业主考察、资格预审”这三项重点工作应注意的细节和问题，以便为后续投标阶段奠定基础。

Abstract: Based on engineering bidding procedures, expounds the details and problems in the three key works which are “information dealing with, owner investigation and prequalification” in pre-bidding stage for construction enterprise, to lay the foundation for follow-up bidding.
