[摘　要]　通过系统性分析，提炼我国建筑企业信息系统规划的重要影响因素，运用层次分析法（AHP）建立多层次结构模型，计算这些影响因素的相对权重，识别出信息系统建设中最关键的控制点，为做好建筑企业信息系统规划提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, the system theory is applied to analyze the important factors of information systems planning in construction enterprise, and Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） is used to establish Multi-layered structure model to calculate the relative weight of these factors to achieve the most critical control factors for information system planning. It can provide a reference for construction enterprise to plan the information system.
