[摘　要]　采用问卷调查、深度访谈和结构方程模型，对工程项目中企业间信任进行深层剖析，建构三维度模型，即能力信任、关系信任和直觉信任，并利用SPSS、AMOS等软件进行探索性和验证性因子分析并得出结论，为进行工程项目信任的深入研究奠定了一定的理论基础。

Abstract: Adopting questionnaire survey, depth interview and structural equation model, the paper analyzes the dimensions of inter-organizational trust in construction project, constructs three-dimensional model, which are competence trust, guanxi trust and intuitive trust. Further, the paper conducts exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis by SPSS and AMOS and achieves some conclusions. It gives some theoretical basis for the research of project trust.
