建设工程造价之社会保障费计价方法研究—以上海为例

[摘 要] 从“03建安费用组成”各项费用的内容分析着手，构建社会保障费计价费率测算模型，介绍模型参数的确定方法和试算过程。最后对模型的作用、适用条件以及社会保障费计价方法改进作了阐释。
