[摘　要]　结合实际，概述财政在推进可再生能源建筑应用中所发挥的制度建设功能、财力保障功能和政策导向功能，分析当前在推进可再生能源建筑应用中存在的问题，在此基础上提出进一步推进可再生能源建筑应用的政策建议。

Abstract: Discusses the system construction function, financial support function and policy-oriented function of finance in promoting the application of renewable energy building, and analyses the current problems in this promoting process. On this basis, the paper puts forward some further policy recommendations.
