[摘　要]　针对建设项目的信息共享问题，从信息共享的三个不同维度研究共享的必要性，深入分析建设项目实现信息共享的制约因素，并提出信息共享的实现机制。

Abstract: Aims at the problem of information-sharing in the consutruction project, studies the necessity of information-sharing from three different dimensions, and deeply analyzes the constraints of sharing, and proposes an implementation mechanism of information-sharing.
