[摘　要]　为了缓解我国建筑安全生产监督资源短缺的矛盾，提出差异化安全监管的概念和流程，并从监管任务的差异性和监管主体的差异性两个方面展开研究，提出差异化安全监管方案和安全监管信息系统模式，以优化现有安全监管体系，提高安全监管效果。

Abstract: To relieve the problem of great shortage of resources in Chinese construction safety supervision, the paper puts forward the concept and procedure of differentiated safety management. Through the research on difference of supervision tasks and difference between supervisors, it proposes an information system mode of safety supervision and a differentiated safety supervision program to raise the effects of construction safety supervision by optimizing the existing construction safety supervision system.
