[摘　要]　在分析我国建筑业发展中存在的突出问题的基础上，提出行业的发展方向以及发展的八个重点领域；就我国建筑业改革提出建议与设想，助推我国建筑业未来发展。

Abstract: Based on the analysis on outstanding problems in building industry development, proposes the development direction of building industry as well as the eight focus development areas, and puts forward some suggestions on building industry innovation, to promote its development.
