[摘　要]　以1995～2009年为研究期，采用投入三要素模型，并考虑市场变化带来的结构性冲击影响，对安徽省建筑业经济增长各要素的贡献进行实证分析。结果显示，安徽省建筑业主要依靠市场需求扩张下的要素聚集推动，而科技进步贡献较小。提高全要素生产率特别是内生性技术创新能力，是建筑业持续发展和建筑企业提升核心竞争力的必由之路。

Abstract: In this paper, the elements contribution of construction industry economic growth in Anhui province is empirically analyzed by using the three elements model theory and considering the structural impact on economic growth brought about by the construction market changes from year 1995 to year 2009. The results show that the key factors in Anhui construction industry's economic development is resource elements aggregation and input-driven growth and its TFP played a poor role. To enhance the function of total factor productivity, especially in the ability of endogens technology innovation, will be the only way to maintaining construction industry' sustained-development and to increasing the core industrial competitiveness of construction industry companies.
