[摘　要]　针对日益严重的建筑“盗版”现象，从技术、制度以及法律的层面分别提出若干建议及解决对策，并期望为法院审理建筑侵权案件提供若干参考。

Abstract: According to the increasingly serious phenomenon of architectural pirates, the paper gives some suggestions on the aspects of technology, system and law, which is expected to provide some references for the courts when infringement cases happen.
