[摘　要]　BIM技术在欧美发达国家建筑业的应用已经比较普及，但在我国建筑行业仅限于一些大型设计院在开展应用。本文分析了BIM技术在我国的应用现状及发展障碍，并基于BIM技术与各关联方相互关系，阐释其在我国的应用发展前景。

Abstract: Nowadays, Building Information Modeling（BIM） is world widely used in the construction industry, especially in those developing countries in the North America and Europe. In China, only some big design institutes are or have been applying this technology. This paper concretely analyses the situation and the barrier of using BIM in China, expounds its application prospect in China based on the relationship between BIM technology and the related parties.
