[摘　要]　城市轨道交通企业具有较好的上市基础，但按照上市规则和程序运作又存在较多障碍。根据对各种主要上市方式及其场所的分析，指出城市轨道交通企业应以IPO整体方式在香港H股主板按照“基建工程”的发行条件上市。

Abstract: Urban rail transit enterprise has good listing base, but there are more obstacles under the current general conditions of the listing rules. Based on the analysis of the various major listed ways and places, points out that urban rail transit enterprise to be listed should be in H-shares in IPO the overall manner in accordance with the “Infrastructure Projects” issued conditions listed.
