[摘　要]　针对目前保障性住房建设的资金筹措问题，论述保障性住房建设的金融支持理论，并结合重庆公租房建设资金筹措的“1+3”模式，提出我国保障性住房可持续建设资金筹措的对策。

Abstract: According to the financing of current indemnificatory housing, expounds the financing support theory of indemnificatory housing construction, combining with the“1+3” pattern of public rental housing construction in Chongqing, puts forward some countermeasures to raise sustainable construction funds for indemnificatory housing.
