[摘　要]　对政府采购中存在的法律意识淡薄、监督约束不力、“暗箱操作”等问题进行分析，并就如何规范政府采购活动提出建议。

Abstract: The problems, such as faint legal consciousness, inadequate restraint and supervision, “black case work”, etc, in government procurement are analyzed. Based on this analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to standardize the government procurement.
