[摘　要]　将2008版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（简称“08版规范”）与2003版进行对比，归纳“08版规范”在建设工程计价应用上的改进，分析“08版规范”在内容的规范化、标准化、全面化以及实践性及可操作性等方面的优点。

Abstract: The improvements of the Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works（GB50500-2008）（“08version standard” for short） in the construction valuation application are compared with the 2003 version, the advantages of 08version standard about the standardization, generalization of the content, and the practicalness and maneuverability are analyzed.
