[摘　要]　施工阶段影响因素多，工程成本不易有效控制。结合工程管理实际经验，介绍施工阶段控制成本的六个实操要点，为施工单位在施工阶段有效控制成本提供借鉴。

Abstract: There are many influence factors in construction phase, and the construction cost is hard to control. Combining with the project management practices, the paper introduces six practical operation points on cost control in construction phase, provides reference for construction enterprises on cost control in construction phase.
