[摘　要]　基于目前政府投资工程管理的现状及意义，以农业部某重点工程为例，运用工程管理理论与经验，采用项目法人模式，从项目前期统筹至项目完成，实施过程管理，协调好各参与方的关系，特别是对“三控制”的理解与把握，给政府投资工程管理以有益启示。

Abstract: Based on the status and significance of government investment project management nowadays, taking a major project of Ministry of Agriculture as example, makes use of project management theory and experiences, implements process management from plan to completion under project corporation body mode, and coordinates the relationship among the participants, especially understands and grasps the “three-control”. It is helpful for government investment project management.
