[摘　要]　物业专项维修资金制度是我国物业法律制度的重要组成部分。物业专项维修资金的归集涉及业主之间复杂的权益平衡问题，相关制度需要进一步完善。安徽省的立法和政策实践需要及时作出调整适应。

Abstract: Special maintenance funds system of properties is a momentous part of property legal system in our country. The collection of special maintenance funds of properties involves the balance of rights and interests between proprietors. Some special items of related system should further be amended. Anhui Province should timely adjust its rules and policies to regulate and harmonize rights and interests among the proprietors.
