[摘　要]　工程量清单计价可以更好地体现施工企业的技术和管理水平，充分发挥市场竞争优势，但同时也给承包商带来更大挑战。通过对工程量清单计价模式下施工企业面临的机遇与挑战的分析，提出施工企业的应对策略，以帮助施工企业在激烈竞争中获胜。

Abstract: BOQ pricing mode shows the technology and management level of construction enterprises, and gives full play to market competitive advantages, but it also brings forward greater challenges for contractor. By analysis of chances and challenges for construction enterprises under BOQ pricing mode, puts forward the strategies for helping them with successing in market competition.
