[摘　要]　首先介绍设备租赁的概念，并分析设备购买与租赁的利弊以及影响因素，然后对高层建筑施工垂直运输设备获得方案决策的关键——设备购买与租赁方案经济比选进行重点解析，最后佐以实证分析，为高层建筑施工项目垂直运输设备获得方案决策提供一种科学合理的数量化方法。

Abstract: First, the concept of equipment leasing is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages and the influencing factors of purchasing and leasing equipment are analyzed. Then the economic comparison and selection for equipment purchasing and leasing schemes is analyzed emphatically, which is the key of the decision-making on acquirement of vertical transportation equipment for high-rise building construction project. An empirical analysis is done at last. So a scientific and rational quantitative method is provided, which is about the decision-making on acquirement of vertical transportation equipment for high-rise building construction project.
