[摘　要]　综合分析浙江省公共资源招标投标交易市场目前存在的问题，有针对性地提出六个“统一”的建议，即具有统一的招投标行政监督体系，统一规范的法规制度，统一的综合评标专家库，统一的招投标信息网，统一的招投标统计、信用和公示，统一的行业协会，构建完整、系统的全省统一公共资源招投标交易市场。

Abstract: Comprehensively analyses the existing problems in the bidding trade market of public resources in Zhejiang province. Suggests to build a unified bidding trade market of public resources with six “unifications” in the province, as follows, unified administrative supervision system of bidding, unified laws and regulations,  unified and comprehensive evaluation expert database, unified bidding information network, unified bidding statistics, credit and publicity and unified industry associations.
