[摘　要]　分析我国进行公共租赁住房建设的经济环境，指出大规模推行公租房最大的难点在于资金压力。通过分析新加坡、韩国和我国香港地区成功推行公租房的融资实践，提出我国的公租房建设和运营应在财政资金的支持下，大力拓展各种形式的融资渠道。

Abstract: Analyzes the economic environment of public rental housing construction in China, points out the greatest difficulty to implement public rental housing is the financial pressure. Through the analysis of the successful financing practices of Singapore, South Korea and Hongkong in the implementation of public rental housing, points out that we should expand the financing channel under the financial support of the construction and operation of public rental housing in China.
