[摘　要]　金融危机引起的经济衰退极大地影响着国际工程承包市场的竞争环境。提出利用ENR发布的数据计算贝恩指数和相对市场占有率（RSOM）指数，结合兰查斯特法则（Lanchester's Law）量化分析竞争市场的结构、区域市场的竞争强度、竞争对手的分布，有针对性地提出中国工程企业的应对措施。

Abstract: Economic recession caused by the financial crisis has great impact on the competitive environment of international project contracting market. A method, which using the CRn index, the RSOM index and adopting the theory of Lanchester's Law, is proposed to conduct quantitative analysis of the competitive market structure, regional competitive intensity and distribution status of major competitors. Finally, possible solutions are provided for Chinese engineering enterprises in response to the analytical conclusions.
